Preparing the Cocktail Base: Mix all the spirits and syrup in a big jug, allow it to infuse for an hour, then pass it through preferably using a fine cloth, making it fully clarified.

When ready to serve: Pour 85ml of the cocktail base into your cocktail shaker packed with ice, and stir gently for one minute to chill. Filter to a cold coupe glass or a similar vessel, top with the cranberries and complete it using a light spray with the mandarin essence over the drink.
